Donna and I found fantastic scenery and loads of wildlife while enjoying a Brunton-sponsored trip to western Wyoming. We hiked the Brooks Lake area, fished the Snake River, and hiked throughout Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. We saw mule deer, pronghorn, bison, moose, coyotes, osprey, eagles, harriers, and more.
Mountain Hardwear PR masters organized a truly epic adventure to allow journalists to experience the Mountain Hardwear gear and apparel in the roughest, toughest conditions possible. BACKPACKER Rocky Mountain Editor Steve Howe lead our merry band on a cross-country trek through a remote, un-trailed part of Capital Reef National Park.
Hiking in the Escalante River Country, including lower Death Hollow. We explored the slots of Peak-a-boo Canyon, Spooky Canyon, Brimstone Canyon and Zebra (waterfilled) and walked the flanks of Boulder Mountain.
