Area B, Fort Stevens, Oregon. Sometimes spur-of-the-moment decisions pay off. Late on a Thursday night in June '07, we decided to do something different on the weekend, so early Friday we headed south to check out a site we'd heard of but knew nothing about. Area B is a BLAST! Great fun was had by all! |

Late in April, Fort Ebey offered perfect soaring conditions on a Saturday morning – but where were all the pilots? Only four paraglider pilots showed up to share quiet five hours of flying in smooth conditions with the local gaggle of bald eagles. By the time other PGers showed up after 2 p.m., conditions dropped off and the orginal four went home happily tired from hours of flying. |

A dozen friends spent a week in Santa Barbara, flying six sites, walking three beaches, and eating many great meals. Flying sites include: Skyport, Alternator, Bates Beach, Training Hill, More Mesa and (for Dave and Chris) Nuthouse. |
